- Gathering the buyer’s acquisition criteria including areas to avoid, budget, geographical preference, timing, etc.
- Conducting thorough market research based on our buyers criteria and requirements
- Developing and implementing target prospecting campaigns
- Building the actual opportunity profile ( Prospectus book) for our clients based on identifying probable candidates
- Conduct on site meetings between the buyer and seller
- Presenting offers and terms of the deal from our buyers to the probable seller targets
- Assist in the coordination of due diligence and related activities
- Conducts and coordinates all meetings between the buyer’s legal, accounting, sellers team, etc.
- Provides weekly project plans and meetings to ensure all buyer goals are exceeded
