Melissa Butterworth is the Co-Founder, Managing Director and President of Advanced Strategic Partners. Ms. Butterworth has 26 years of experience specific to the laboratory industry. The last eleven years have been spent in the Merger and Acquisition sector having completed over $1.2B in clinical, anatomical, molecular and hospital outreach laboratory transactions during her career.
Gary Onofry is an M&A Laboratory Advisor with Advanced Strategic Partners. Advanced Strategic Partners is an M&A firm focused in laboratory Diagnostics. Mr. Onofry has 39 years of experience specific to the laboratory industry including holding several Executive level positions as the CFO for Consolidated Laboratory Services, CEO of Palm Beach Pathology and most recently as the Practice Administrator for one of the largest Pathology Groups in the Southeast. During Gary’s tenure, he has been involved in dozens of successful M&A laboratory transactions.
Bill Cox has recently joined Advanced Strategic Partners. Bill has over 30 years of experience in the laboratory industry, with a focus on lab operations and ancillary services. Bill’s experience in the integration of acquired laboratories offers a unique perspective of potential challenges both before and after the sale.
